The purpose of our Community Care efforts is to love and serve our local community and the City of Toronto (Matthew 22:39). As Christians, we understand the brokenness sin has caused in our shared human experience. Our desire is to model the practical and compelling love and grace of Jesus Christ to the broken, poor, oppressed and marginalized, so that they may desire the true freedom found in the gospel, which alone brings about real and lasting transformation (Luke 10:25-37).
And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
The PCC serves women with unexpected pregnancies through pre/postnatal support. This includes, but is not limited to, offering pregnancy tests, options counseling and referrals out to appropriate resources.
